By accessing or using Markefind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Markefind reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Markefind is an AI-powered influencer discovery platform that helps businesses, marketers, and product owners find and connect with social media influencers across platforms including YouTube, with TikTok and Instagram coming soon. Our services include:
- AI-powered influencer search and discovery
- Smart matching based on audience fit and engagement metrics
- Access to verified contact information (plan dependent)
- Influencer list creation and management
- Data export capabilities (Pro plans and above)
- API access (Enterprise plans)
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Markefind offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: 50 searches/month, basic filters, 1 saved list
- Pro ($29/month): 800 searches/month, 25 saved lists, 50 contacts/month, AI matching, CSV/JSON export
- Ultra ($79/month): 2000 searches/month, unlimited lists and contacts, deep AI insights, priority support
- Enterprise ($299/month): 10000 searches/month, team access, API access, custom SSO, CRM integration
Annual subscriptions receive approximately 17% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service beyond your plan limits
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
- Use contact information obtained through the Service for spam or harassment
- Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Markefind and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI algorithms, matching systems, and data analysis methods are proprietary technology.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 98% match accuracy and maintain a database of 50,000+ YouTube channels with 8M+ data points, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of influencer data or contact information. Influencer metrics and contact details may change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Markefind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact our support team at support@markefind.com for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect

- Billing information: payment details processed securely through Stripe

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

- Payment Processing (Stripe): We share necessary billing information with Stripe to process your payments securely. Stripe handles payment data according to PCI-DSS standards.
- Authentication (Clerk): We use Clerk to manage your login and authentication. Your login credentials and session data are processed by Clerk to verify your identity.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
Important: While we use other services for infrastructure (database hosting, web hosting, email delivery), we do not share your personal data with these providers. Your data is stored securely and these service providers do not have access to view or process your information.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Message Encryption & Privacy
Your communications with influencers are protected with strong encryption:
- End-to-End Encryption: All messages sent to influencers through Markefind are encrypted during transmission and storage.
- Credential-Based Encryption: Your saved conversations are encrypted using a key derived from your login credentials. Only you can decrypt and view your message history.
- Zero-Knowledge Access: Markefind staff, agents, and technicians cannot read your messages in the database. Your conversations are strictly private and encrypted with a key locked to your password.
This means even in the unlikely event of unauthorized database access, your conversations remain unreadable without your personal credentials.
5. Influencer Data
Our database contains publicly available information about social media influencers, including:
- Channel/profile names and descriptions
- Subscriber/follower counts and engagement metrics
- Content categories and topics
- Country and language information
- Publicly listed contact information (email, social links)
This data is collected from public sources and YouTube's official API. Influencers who wish to update or remove their information from our database may contact us at support@markefind.com.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Secure authentication through Clerk with optional SSO
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Row-level security on database access
- Payment information handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-compliant)
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for up to 90 days for backup purposes and legal compliance. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights. Most of these actions can be performed directly from your account profile settings:
- Access: View and download your personal data directly from your profile
- Correction: Update and correct your account information in your profile settings
- Deletion: Delete your account from your profile settings. Your account will be soft-deleted for 30 days, during which you can reactivate it by signing back in. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
- Portability: Export your data in a portable format from your profile
- Opt-out: Manage your email preferences and unsubscribe from marketing communications in your notification settings
- Restriction: Request limitation of data processing
If you believe there is data you cannot access, correct, or delete through your profile, or if you need assistance exercising any of these rights, contact us at support@markefind.com. We will respond within 7 days.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
10. Age Restriction & Children's Privacy
Markefind is an adult-restricted platform intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account on Markefind, please contact us immediately at support@markefind.com.
Note on Influencer Data: The information displayed on Markefind about influencers is derived exclusively from publicly available data on platforms such as YouTube. This data is already publicly and legally accessible to anyone, including minors, on the original platforms. Markefind simply aggregates and presents this public information to help businesses discover influencers for marketing purposes.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
